ok this movie was an interesting watch but once again the movie is situated around america and americans are the only survivors, no need to glorify yourselves!
Oh and i wonder if all our buildings and stuff would survivea thousands years or so. I really don't think that library would. You know here in new zealand, some movies don't even make it on our screens such as...well i'll have to think about it but i know it happens. i think we get all the cools ones anyway. ignore me

Given the right condistions the buildings would have survived a thousand years. like the pyramids, the Coloseum, and tons of other anceint buildings. Also the books might have survived but with colorado's climate I doubt that they would.

In the book instead of Jonnie learning about man's past in the libray Terl takes him to the Air Force Acadamy and shows him a spot where a bunch of cadets fought a battle tank. Lots of things in movies are put there just to save time. I would rather see a full version no matter how long it takes.
