I'd like to see some more moderation in these here parts. It's a drain coming here every time only to have to wade through all those posts that have nothing to do with anything other flogging products.

BUMP

Well, I've sent a diplomatically worded PM to Ramses. I just hope it sends him an email notification. I could have clicked on the send email link, but that's a bit much - small steps, small steps Besides, I don't want to bother him, you know?

Anyone else got any suggestions?

Damned be any new blood coming to the forum or the site main. Right now, with the load of spam on this board, no sane blogger or site would tell any one about this place lest their site itself be blacklisted for linking to a spammed heavy site.

Re: For the Attention of Ramses

True, no one likes to click on a link and find out they've been linked to a spam-tastic place.

Still, I'm holding out hope that something will be done relatively soon.

Well, the idea that Ramses would pop in on his birthday didn't benefit us greatly - despite all the sucking up we did in his birthday thread

Re: For the Attention of Ramses

Final report of the starship Sciflicks, Prime reporting. Senior members of the crew, SF, Coronis, Phlub, Cabalcomb, HWS and Captain Ramses, are missing, presumed dead. Replicating ads and spam creatures overrunning starship. Other members of crew helpless to stem the tide of the hordes. I have sounded the emergency beacon and suggested to the others to abandon ship until we can get help.

I have taken a shuttle to find help and I should reach the frontier in about six weeks. With a little luck, the network will pick me up. This is Optimus Prime, late of the Sciflicks, signing off.
