Actually if it wasn't for you European guys most of 'us Americans' would curently be in Europe and those poor fellows with the animal hides that you refer to wuld still have their land.

INTERSTELLER has a point. If it was called the New Zealandian... ish er... whatever... Austronaut it really would be SF! Guess what? This little superpower has the worlds biggest (though terribly underfunded) space program.

P.S. have you actually SEEN this movie?

It's a good point though...the american astronaut, most astronauts are american unless it's a foreigner joining in on the american space programme, so the title doesn't say much.

Sadly yes american astronaut is about it. Russia used to have a great program but now that communisum dead, it is to. I wonder how long its going to take China to get a man in space?
