I just really wasn't all that impressed with this film, too stylized.

I love retro sci-fi. Wish they'd do more of it. Technology was much cooler when it was all chrome and shiny.

Loved this film, so stylized. Retro sci-fi can be hit-and-miss though. I hated Rocketeer.

I thought The Rocketeer was great, very retro. It was a fun movie.

Another one I really like was The Iron Giant.

Unfortunately I never saw it. Maybe I should rent it. There's something very appealing about retro SF.

Re: Original Movie Poster

I read that there are alot of homages to films like the original King Kong in it, and after watching it again, I've seen them too. It is kinda cool.
