DUDE! I remeber this movie and LOVE it!!! I haven't seen it in a while though, I must go rent it!! I remeber he found that throwing-star-esq thing in fire, right, and there are unicorns (or maybe just white horses), and that chick ran through a white hall, like shes traped (or something). Yes I love that show, need to refresh my memory though!lol

Re: Krull

And wasn't there horses that could run on air, and had fire coming from their hooves? I remember watching this in school, in the 6th grade. I don't think I've seen it since though.

n/a flights since
On Cable

This film was on Cable TV for a few weeks not too long ago - I had forgotten a lot of the details. I think their flaw was the twisted love story that lay at it's core. My childlike fondness just remembered the fight scenes and effects ... the adult me wanted to vomit over the lovey dovey interaction.

That said the girl was pretty darn HOT!

Couldn't get over the long-winded passages read out in the film. Zoom, went right out with the boredom.

I can recall only one thing - how dull the movie was. Plus, the trailers made you expect this film about a guy weilding this really cool looking ninja-star boomerang bladed weapon and then in the film he uses it only once right at the end.

I remember this was one of several fantasy/sci-fi films that came out around the same time.

Re: Krull

There were no unicorn in this film. (you may be thinking of Legend) But it did have the firemares that could fly through the air.

And the weapon was called the glaive.

I think only two actors from the film are even acting anymore, Liam Neeson (Qui-Gon Jinn) and Robbie Coltrane (Hagrid) and they were just bit parts in this movie.
