Post Predator Blood and such.

In the game, Predator: Concrete Jungle, the humans captured the Predators and brain washed some of them. And then they took the Predator blood and mixed it with their own. They said that the Predators blood gave them "longer life". Is that possible? And how would "Scar Face" explain to the King Predator why he has got three Predator skulls as trophies?
