Original Movie Poster

The only thing that really pops into mind when it comes to this film is the remake of the Pink Floyd song "Another brick in the Wall' that always runs with it. And I hate remakes of classic songs.

Terrifying pretty people!

I didn't realise this was a Christmas release ... I wouldn't have had it pegged for a Christmas film.

I loved this movie! I cant explain it, but somehow, it hit the right spot. Perfect candy film, absolute teenage nonsense, and yet, so worth watching! The music was also good, and it ties into that whole justification-for-hating-school angst.

I coulda sworn James Marsden was in it.

Was fun, in a teen b movie way, BUT it's not sickly irritating a la I know what you did last summer/Scream fest type stuff.

Re: Original Movie Poster

Just read on the poster that this was a Robert Rodriguez film - must have forgotten all about that, it came as a bit of a surprise.

I think I'd quite like to see this again, actually. But mnowhere near enough to warrant buying the DVD. I'll wait for it to come on TV, it's bound to repeat sometime.

Sounds like Gossip, which I think was part of the same wave of "Frowny faces floating across the poster" movement, an anarchic post-modern response to the "Frowny faces floating in from the side" poster generation inspired by Scream.

Re: Original Movie Poster

Nope not gossip, I think I must have just got confused with Joss Harnett (still could have sworn that Marsden was the one walking around semi knacked by the buses with the preying mantis thingy - or was that a different one with the pool?)

Surprised that I actually found a movie poster for this, considering it was made for TV. Two years in the making? Yet it's always considered the poor...
