Re: Question about the games.

FPS: First Person Shooter. More commonly used when referring to games like Doom, Half Life etc, it also applies to any game where you are looking straight through the hero's eyes. As opposed to a TPS (Third Person Shooter) where you watch the hero from a distance, as if there were an invisible cameraman stalking the character the whole way through the game. Technically a Second Person Shooter would mean that you watch the character through the eyes of another game character...so they aren't very common...

Re: Question about the games.

So Resident Evil (Code Name Veronica X) is a TPS, as opposed to games like James Bond and Medal of Honor, which are FPS. Ok--got it.

Re: Question about the games.

It was intense, with the intensity of a championship NBA game. (wow. thats pretty bad!) I was smack up on the screen like this one is MINE baby!

And now----Im gonna (attempt) to tear Nosferatu a new anus.

(Prime, I didnt find the spiders -in the BOW Room- that hard. I imagine there's a bigger surprise waiting for me?)

Oh, and Devil Woman ()? We understand your post count preference!

Re: Question about the games.

FPS is through the eyes of the person you are playing like doom and duke nuke'm. Second person is ALL other games like side-scrollers and RE games. Third Person games are games like Starcraft or Warcraft II were you have a god like view of the action. The terms Second and Third Person have been confused for years mainly because game mags. have been lumping them togther for years. But I don't see the problem ever geting solved because it's been over 10 years since it started.

P.S. RE is the best follow by RE3

Re: Question about the games.

Well. I thought you should all know that YES, I reign supreme in the RECVX game.

Who does Alexia think she is??

I put that chick down.

As far as the Battle Game goes, I have already beaten it with all of the players except Wesker,

and that is only because I was knifing the Hunters in the locker room, and got a little overzealous. Then I decided to do something else so I never got back to it.

Ok, QUESTION about the games: Why is it that they didnt allow me to kill Wesker with Chris?? Are they saving him for another RE game or something?

And another thing---is there any reading material where I can catch up on the storyline without having to play all the games from the beginning?

I love...

I love Resident Evil Games. I would like to get the new one, but we do not have a Playstation 2 yet. I know, I know, I know, but we don't. Hopefully at Christmas we will have. Besides Resident Evil I love Tomb Raider, and my sister would play those often in the years passed. We were practically raised on them thinking Jill as one of us. Hehe. Her adventure was ours.
