Pilot's Mess [chit-chat zone]
This is the forum to get to know your fellow pilots and the ONLY place to talk about everything else not really relevant to sci-fi movies, including your personal loves and interests. A true pilot doesn't discuss these issues while on duty.

The Gender Thread
Hmmm...what a contraversial topic. I prefer women sexually, but men in a male bonding way. What the hell am I talking about?
Okay, vote in the poll and whatever, but I think we should look at society...do we still live in a Patriarchal society? Are women still exploited by men in all of said society's corners? Is it in fact tha capitalist way to exploit women. Whatever, let's just discuss something serious to balance out all of the crazy threads we have at the moment |

Re: The Gender Thread
Being the natural diplomat that I am, I will decline to vote.
Blokes are generally a little more honest in conversation, and a little more to the point. But, they are also quite inflexible, and unable to compromise. Birds are a little more sensitive with what they say to a person, but as a result, are NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Beware, treachery! So anyway....what was my point? |

Re: The Gender Thread
I prefer men, fact! I get on better with them and I find them more trustworthy, aswell as prefering them sexually (though I wouldn't rule out women completely). My friends are made up of both guys and girls but I see my girlfriends a lot more because we obviously like to do girly stuff together

Re: The Gender Thread
So what did you vote for, Jacker?
I personally prefer women as I voted using my sexual instinct. I do find it hard to talk to women, but only the women I want to have a relationship with - I'm fine around anyone else and some of my friends are indeed the female of the species. Fortunately, the social circle I am part of doesn't adhere to those norms expected of men in terms of their speech. Some of them admittedly do dominate a conversation but some of them are also more like women in their conversations in that they are more supportive and sympathetic in talk. I would like to think that I myself am not 'a man' when I talk and therefore I try to keep my interruptions to an all time low. Hmmm...me thinking too much right now. Me want girl to hold. Me Man. Me vote ladies. ~Predn |
