SHAKESPEARE Quotation?

Does anyone know the Shakespeare quotation that Kevin Costner spouted off when he was "mounting up" to go handle business? It was something like "unleash the tiger" and the point was that he was a passive sleeping tiger but could be roused to battle. .. at least I think it was shakey. . .

Re: SHAKESPEARE Quotation?

I found it: (of course it is very slightly modified for the movie)

Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more;
Or close the wall up with our English dead.
In peace there's nothing so becomes a man
As modest stillness and humility:
But when the blast of war blows in our ears,
Then imitate the action of the tiger;
Stiffen the sinews, summon up the blood,
Disguise fair nature with hard-favour'd rage.

(Henry V 3.1.40-7)

Re: SHAKESPEARE Quotation?

Well I've never seen the film, and having randomly read this post I think I'm quite glad. Granted it is perhaps the most overused Shakespeare quotation ever, apart from 'To be or not to be', but Shakespeare should never ever be touched. Update the setting if you wish, a la Baz Luhrman et al but the text is sacrosanct. Don't f.uck with Bill Shakespeare!
