The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus

Obviously Heath Ledgers last film. Obviously died part way through. Obviously his part taken up by Colin Farrel, Jude Law & Johnny Depp.

Yet this isn't Heath's character's story. It's Parnassus' and his daughter's.

Allegedly Terry Gilliam's return to (and perhaps surpassing form), visually it appears amazing, with the touch of surreality he's renowned for.

How can it possibly be a "return" of something that has never left? Looks great though. 2009 is turning out to be a great year for film IMHO.

I'd hardly call The Brothers Grimm, or even Tideland his best efforts.

Ditto on the movies, there's actually too many I want to see.
