Question SPIDER-MAN films are titled improperly.

The first Spider-Man film should have been titled: ”The Amazing Spider-Man”. The lamely titled sequel Spider-Man 2 should’ve been called ”Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man”. The upcoming and also badly named Spider-Man 3 should have the title: ”Web of Spider-Man”. A fourth Spider-Man film should be called ”The Sensational Spider-Man”. A fifth one could be ”Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man”. If studios were daring enough to make a sixth Spider-Man production, it could be called ”Ultimate Spider-Man” or ”The Ultimate Spider-Man” maybe.

These film’s titles were made for them decades ago yes?

Re: SPIDER-MAN films are titled improperly.

The titles are fine. That would be like the X-Men films being named 'The Uncanny X-Men'. Or better yet, the Superman movies should have been called 'Action Comics.' The titles belong in the comics, not the movies.
