Missing Scene?

Has anyone seen a scene in this movie where, at some point around the beginning of Wyatt's party, a group of people show up outside the house on mopeds and ring the doorbell?? I've watched Weird Science what must be a zillion times, both from my own VHS/DVD and on network/cable TV, and I only saw that scene once ... when the movie was showing on the Sci-Fi or some other channel. Because Weird Science is one of the best movies of all time and because I've seen it so often, I'll never forget that one small difference and desperately want to see the scene again? Has anyone else seen it? Does anyone know of the origins of this scene?

That scene you're talking about is in the TV version. I was one of the "Weenies" that were at the door. We were weird freinds of Gary and Wyatt. The same group seen on the couch with Lisa taking pictures during the party, and getting slapped in the mall by Ian and his friend. We had a lot of scenes that were cut....gettin' cut out SUCKED! At least I got some pictures from some of the cut scenes..........

Awesome! I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one to ever see that clip because my post has been on this site for months without a response. It's good to know I wasn't losing my mind!

Sorry to hear that your scene(s) were cut out. I wish I had the chance to see all of them, and see again the one I already saw. It's too bad they weren't put on the DVD that was recently re-released. Do you have, or know anyone who has a version with those scenes?

Well, I have a copy of the TV version that I taped years ago!
If you just watch for Wierd Science on TV, you'll see those scenes. They play the movie every once in a while. That scene where we come to the door of the party--as soon as I'm about to speak, they cut to a commercial...Thanks alot!!!. Anyway, good eye, catching that scene. We had other interesting scenecs, including a choreographed dance that we did, tha got cut out. I got knocked out 3 times in the movie....the Road Warrior guy punched me in the stomach, his girlfriend on a chain butted me in the head, and Wyatt's grandma hit me over the head with her purse after I gave them a hard time entering the party..........
