At the cinema 12 Monkeys had awesome surround sound end title music. On TV and on the video this has been replaced (with Louis Armstrong - All the Time in the World IIRC).
Anyone know if the DVD has the original music? It'd be the clincher for buying it... Jon |

The DVD has two pieces of music during the end credits: "It's a wonderful world" with L Armstrong (the tune Cole listens to in Reilly's car), followed by a "summary" of the original 12 Monkey themes: the lyrical violin one and the hectic accordeon one.
Believe a fellow 12 Monkeys fan, you do want the DVD. In particular because it has the "making of" documentary, a film in its own right, entitled "The Hamster Factor". Also, watching the film with Gilliam's commentary is quite an experience. |
