Cool Worst movie ever made!

You could feed a third world country (Countries, actually) with that amount of money. Shame on the people involved with Waterworld.

Re: Worst movie ever made!

For the 500th time. How can anyone honestly think this is the worst movie when there are hidious movies like baby genuises out there?

It would be foolish to assume this is the worst movie, when there is movies like the one i listed above.

It is just that waterworld (and in some cases bicentenial man ) is the worst movie that one would ever admit to having watched

I take it that actually liking a movie is not a prerequisite for being a moderator of its forum or did I have you all wrong and you actually like Waterworld?

It is not a prerequisite at all. Why would it be?

Point taken...I don't guess it is, I just chose to moderate the forums of films that I happen to like.

Actually, the criticizem is quite justified, but not much more so in the case of Waterworld then any other movie.

Water world is in no-way the worst movie ever made, exceding it's budget was the trouble, if that had been kept quiet, then it probably would have made the money back, and in my opinion , although humble and non-important to everyone else the worst movie i have EVER seen is The Rocky Horror picture show closely followed by Barrberella

You could feed a third world country with the amount of money spent on Titanic. so shame on the people who made Titanic.

You could feed a third world country with the amount of money spent on the Lord Of The Rings trilogy. so shame on the people who made the Lord Of The Rings trilogy.

You could feed a third world country with the amount of money spent on Godzilla. so shame on the people who made Godzilla.

You could feed a third world country with the amount of money spent on The Phantom Menace. so shame on the people who made the Phantom Menace.

if your criticism is justified, then it is justified to criticise any big-budget movie by saying that the money used to make it could have been given to a third world country. it is the most laughable and ridiculous criticism i have ever read.

Perhaps, the problem wasn't with production budget, but the script writing.

And yet it's doubtful you could feed Michael Moore for the amount money spent on these films.

What third world country are you referring to? There are some third world countries that are more populous than the U.S. which means it would actually cost more to feed them than us. And why aren't there any second world countries? Or would that be Canada?
