Beethoven's Symphony No. 6, the "Pastorale." Tchaikovsky's 6th Symphony and Greig's Peer Gynt are in the film somewhere to but I can't recall where.

Thumbs up Soylent green music

Thanks so much for the information on the Music! I've been trying to find it for months. I rented the movie but there is nothing in the credits or on the box. Thanks again for your help!

Wink soylent green songs

ODE TO JOY IS BY BEETHOVEN, but I'm thinking of another song from the movie....
I know Beethoven was used a lot in 'A Clockwork Orange', another one of my faves....

Is there a soundtrack album out there somewhere for 'Soylent Green'? I guess I need to watch the film again and see if it tells the songs in the credits?
I can't seem to find the music info. on the web!

I need to go and BUY a copy of it!

Re: E. G. Robinson's death scene music

The "song" in E. G. Robinson's death scene is actually a
Medley

1st is Pathetique Symphony #6 Tchaikovsky 1st Movt.
2nd (and also the end theme) Beethoven's Symphony # 6th "Pastorale"
3rd is Peer Gynt Suite by Edvard Grieg
