Female Terminator stinks of piss poor design

Right that's it. I've had enough of this Female terminator crap once and for all!

The whole idea is a pile of cack. I suggest whoever whipped up this complete stinker of an 'idea' needs to sit down and have a bloody wank before he pollutes the movie world with anymore half-assed ideas.

It's blatently obvious that it's just a ploy to get more 12-19 year old virgins to go see the movie. By concentrating on what this target audience wants and cannot get (e.g a pair of breasts) they are going to end up ruining what could be an otherwise good movie.

Does anyone honestly believe that if James Cameron, (the authority on all things terminator) had written the script he would have some big breasted, anorexic supermodel playing the main cold blooded killer in the story?

First it was the music industry that started to change it's target audience age from 30 to 12 with the introduction of boybands and teeny bopper rock groups such as linkin park. Now they're doing the same things with movies. Piles of **** such as 'Scream', 'clueless', 'scary movie', 'pearl harbour', 'american pie' , 'road trip', 'dude, where's my car' and 'armageddeon' have started to contaminate the film industry, as big company bosses realise that making films for 14 year olds rake in milllions of dollars, while still getting enough adults to add to the profits. They're masterbating all the way to the bank i tell you!

Now I for one, don't want Terminator 3 to turn into some teenager's wet dream. If the first terminator was made today again, they'd cast John Harnett, the squint eyed flavour of the month as the T-800. Why? Because he's in his twenties, and girls have posters of him up on their bedroom walls. Arnold Scwharzenegger was 36 years old when the first terminator was made. Teenage girls generally do not have posters of him up on their walls.

Unlike Josh harnett however, arnie can appear scary. In 1984, he came across as a big hulking, indestructible, emotionless killer. Robert Patrick in T2 had a different kind of scariness to him. His appearence wasn't as threatening as Arnie admittedly, but it was more to do with the eyes.

Here's my overall point : Women cannot be scary, they aren't threatening, they generally aren't physically strong. The only way they could make the female terminator even a tiny bit scary is if they cast her as an 18 stone, balding hag with hairy arms. Even then, that's more likely to make people vomit than frightened.

I'm sure most the guys who aren't 'getting any' will be pleased at the choice of a naive young attractive 'girl' playing the major villain, but just don't be surprised when you realise how unfaithful to the first two films it is.

What you said about female terminator attraction for the movie is quite correct. But it also plays into the storyline. Would you as a human freedom fighter let in a soldier who looks like Arnold, or would you rather let in a good looking female to 'accompany' you. Tactically, Skynet, could be using the female terminators as baits/spies/assasins or whatever. It fits (if they actually go along the storyline). Also, perhaps the female terminator is being used because she isn't as scary as the other Terminators. I am sorry, if you dislike "big breasted, anorexic" supermodels but hey look on the bright side: you're not being forced to watch it.

incidently, a gorgeous woman would stand out a mile in the future. I don't think beauty cosmetics and a balanced diet would be easy to come by in a post apocalyptic 2029.
