Re: Time Bandits!!!
Time bandits is a movie for children. I never saw is it as anything more. The best and only entertaining part is the end, when "lazy" god comes back to pick up his "Time continium Map"
Other then that it is just plain boring and repetative. |

1. They don't have time machine or other futurous things there. 2. In SF there's more technological things than element like supreme being, beings that could turn other beings to other forms (from human to pork)... 3. The story is more like boy's dream than scientic thinking. **** If this place is just for SF movies we'll should keep it so. Or should I start a Fellini's masterpieces thread... Hmmm... Nope, nobody wouldn't send messages in that. ![]() Last edited by ThinWLady : May 31, 2002 at 01:58 AM. |

I would have to agree the Time Bandits is fantasy and not scifi. Yet, I really don't care how you classify it this is a fun enjoyable film. I like it a lot. It is witty, funny and so very different from any other movie. SciFi or Fantasy? Who cares "Time Bandits" is just plain fun.
