Are we to assume that the sheriff's son is Principal Strickland. If we are, in 1985 he would be over 100.

Cool Marshall Strickland's son

Its most likely that Marshall Strickland's son is Mr Strickland's father. He would be around 40 or 50 by 1955. Then, around 70 or 80 in 1985. Its most unlikely that HE was that kid in 1885.

Strickland may be balding but he isn't that old. I agree with Wild gunman. he is possibly the thrid generation strickland.

thrid generation....

well you will have to watch back to the future 3. There when they are in the wild west, the sheriff is called strickland and he has a son who is quite young. since the strickland in 1985 is not that old... therefore it is not possible that he is the son of the strickland in 1885 but the grandson of the sheriff. I hope you understand.
