Re: Bad Serum!

Other than the serum making him invisible it also made him hav ethese super strengths. Like near the end he seemed to be able to do any thing. Why was it due to the serum as well?

that was kinda dumb. he should have died in the explosion. so he phase shifted, so what. also he should have been badly wounded in the fire, invisible or not. also mat coming back from such a bad wound???

Re: Bad Serum!

your love is like, baaaad serum. Bad serum, baby's, what i need. -- sorry, it is sort of bon jovi esq. (or was it supposed to be?)

Yes, your correct i think. His invisibilty shouldn't have effected at all his wounds. After he was burnt, it just scabbed off, and POOF! he was all better.
Personally, the ending to this movie seemed a bit rushed. Too many flaws and errors. Plus, i think it would have been endlessly more entertaining to see bacon's charecter suceed at killing them all at the end. (i like him, even if he had gone a little crazy)

Re: Bad Serum!

Such a brilliant idea, such a ****e movie. Terrible movie in fact. The idea of power corrupting could have been fascinating. Who hasn't thought about what they'd do if they were invisible? But this? Awful. Super strength, super healing, baaaaad.

I liked the movie, but I agree that Kevin Bacon should have succeeded, but that's Hollywood for you.

More naked ladies couldn't have hurt either

Bacon's character totally blew a chance to fully exploit his new situation. Ruined the movie.

Re: Bad Serum!

I don't think he got super powers after all. It was just anger that pushed him forward although he was badly wounded. It's more logical... If this kind of flick has logic.

Well, I guess he didn't really have superpowers, but he did seem to push the limits of credibility. If it was Charlies Angels, I can imagine a character shrugging off the kind of injuries he recieved, but this wanted to be taken seriously...
