Re: I love "Wierd Science"

I think "Wierd Science" will always be held up there as one of the great 80's flicks. Right along side "Gonnies", "Nightmare on Elm St, Part 2", "Ferris Bullers Day Off" and "House" plus all the greats i just can't think off right now. I love you Lisa...See ya soon Gary n Wyatt, oh yeah you too Chip...uhh Chet. =)

Weird science was better as a tv show than as a movie

Exclamation wierd science

First off wierd science was a movie long before it was a TV show, second, how can you call a rip of a great movie turned into half-hour segments better than what initially started it. Thats like saying that the three stooges are good but grouch and the marx brothers suck. You just cant say that, you contradict yourself in ways that you obviously are missing and you make yourself sound like a fool, if anyone would care to comment on that my AIM SN is Madman13lm

Post wierd science

though I agree w/ you, the nudity would have killed its PG13 rating, and it would have bombed (more then it did LOL) with the 'R' crowd. But when I was a young boy innocent of knolege of the film industry, i thought it needed some nudity too, and my father still feels the same way...

Talking hardcore porn

There's something wonderfully comical about the good old days when i was 8 years old watching weird science without my parents knowing. Back then I thought it was some form of pornography.

I will always like this movie. It was one of those nostalgic movies that takes me back. Though I never got into the series, do they still show it?

Re: I love "Wierd Science"

I love love love this film to bits.

It would probably ruin it, but I would like to see a well done sequal of Gary and Wyatt of how they are now in their lives, what is it ? 17 years later?

And how they are coping in their drone lives , although things could be better for them since they became heros with their girlfriends. They decide that things are naff in their lives and summon Lisa again. Then follows the antics....(this one could have a more adult rating for the audience that saw the original one)

I truley think that this will happen at some point, or if not Wyatt and Gary then with their teenage sons. They keep hearing stories of how their dad's made a sumpreme sexy genie type woman and get left alone one weekend. Then they too try it and boom another film is in the making. Perhaps the dad's get in a lot of bother with their wives because of this beautiful genie woman.

Hmmmmm I wish, I wish, Iwish.......

Re: I love "Wierd Science"

It would be nice to see how Garry and Wyatt turned out. Maybe they can be down on their luck and they call Lisa back to turn their luck around. I don't really care as long as Judie Aronson is back in some way. I had such a crush on her back then (she was also in "American Ninja", another 80's classic)

Re: I love "Wierd Science"

Well, her name in the movie was "Hilly". And this is the only picture I could find of her on the entire internet, and that is a freakin' crime!
