Cool Re: The Little Jawa Dink Dink Sound

Anyone know of a site who has the sound of those little Jawa like guys walking around the desert going

Dink, Dink Dink, Dink, Dink, Dink, Dink, Dink
Dink Dink...

Remember them?? I can't find them anywhere though.

Fraid not, but it is a catchy tune & one that myself & others have often found ourselves humming/singing at the oddest of moments!

I may be mistaken, but didn't the Simpson's use that song as Lisa's Birthday song? Bart wanted to make up a song for Lisa, he rambled on and it sounded like the Jawa's.

"Lisa, It's your Birthday, Happy Birthday Lisa"? I don't think so cos it didn't sound the same...

Re: The Little Jawa Dink Dink Sound

It is The Colonel Bogey March . Here is another famous song sung to this tune:

*AHEM*

Hitler, he only had one ball,
Goering, he had two but very small,
Himmler had something sim'ler,
But poor old Goebbels had no balls at all.

(Whistle melody for Chorus)

Frankfurt has only one beer hall,
Stuttgart, die Muenchen all on call,
Munich, vee lift our tunich,
To show vee 'Cherman' have no balls at all.

(Whistle melody for CHORUS)

Hans Otto is very short, not tall,
And blotto, for drinking Singhai and Skol.
A 'Cherman', unlike Bruce Erwin,
Because Hans Otto has no balls at all.

Thank you, SF - I've always wanted to know the lyrics to that one after Bridge on the River Kwai!

I haven't seen Spaceballs in a while - is that REALLY the jawa dink dink sound? I never knew they were so political-minded

actually, it's the song they dont use... the one Bart makes up. "Lisa, her teeth are big and green. Lisa, she smells like gasoline."
